WRD Scanner is a text recognition tool that utilizes advanced OCR machine learning technology to scan, highlight, and copy words from physical printed documents like books. By simply pointing your camera at any printed text and entering desired keywords or phrases in the app search bar, you can quickly see those words highlighted on your device screen with remarkable precision.

With just a tap of a button, you can extract all the text from an image, as well as select individual words and sentences for copying. For instance, imagine being at a cafe where the WiFi password is among a jumble of information on the menu—by snapping a picture and outlining the password area on your screen, you can efficiently copy it to your iPhone or iPad.

In addition to text scanning capabilities, WRD Scanner offers real-time QR code scanning and is compatible with both iPhone and iPad. There is no need for an account or sign-up, and the app does not include any subscriptions or in-app purchases.
